Physical and chemical properties | Orange-red to yellow-brown powder. It is soluble in water but insoluble in fat. When the pH is 4~10, the monascus yellow pigment solution is stable, has strong heat resistance (above 121°C), and has good light stability. |

2.Product specifications/formulation
E1% 1cm100 - E1% 1cm150 powder products. Bright yellow and sauce brine can be provided. The bright yellow tone product is special for salt baking, and the sauce brine tone is a unique product, showing a very stable sauce red.
