Momordica grosvenori is made from the fruit of the cucurbitaceous plant Momordica grosvenori through extraction, concentration, drying and other processes. The product has the following characteristics

(2)Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature, good stability; in acid and alkaline environments, the active ingredient glycoside V does not change; it remains stable for up to 1h at 100℃-130℃
